Metrics: understand your shop
Import boutique.zip from Passerelle in Shops. The optional enriched catalogue.json adds descriptions, inventory, tags, sections and reviews without buyer identity. Contacts are removed before saving.
Five dashboard views
Overview shows key figures, changes, revenue and profit trends, and cumulative revenue. Sales shows volumes by shop, country, day and hour. Listings highlights successes and listings to improve. Money details statement fees. Tags and catalogue shows tag correlations, sections and reviews. Listing details provides the sortable table and its full CSV export.
Filters and comparison
Shop, period and search apply to every chart. Comparison uses the previous period of the same length. A zero baseline does not produce a percentage change. Currencies are never added together: choose the currency to analyse. Times use Europe/Paris.
Missing data
Views are counters: two consecutive snapshots are needed to calculate changes. A missing day or counter decrease leaves a gap, never a zero. Displayed views cover measurable days. Conversion = units sold / views; it is unavailable for incomplete periods. Average order value = revenue / orders. Favourites are not a required step before a sale.
Money, catalogue and privacy
Net profit is revenue minus refunds, entered costs and Etsy fees, before social contributions. Without a search, Etsy overheads are included; with a search, only attributable listing fees are counted. Refunds reduce the original order's profit, as in Accounts. Refund cards and charts only include dated refunds; undated amounts are shown separately in Money. Listing margin uses attributed profit before overheads. A missing cost is not a verified cost. Margin is that profit divided by revenue. Fees are classified from Etsy transactions. Tags describe current listings: they do not prove a word's effect and cannot be added across tags. Without the enriched catalogue, sections and reviews stay empty. Active listing history begins with snapshots that recorded state; earlier history is never invented. No buyer identity is stored in the catalogue or reviews.
